Hey, I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day. When you’re in the kitchen, what’s the first thing you think about?
Well, I know what the first thing I think about is…and Tara thinks the same thing: working the triceps – the old tri-mens. That’s what we’re going to do right now. So we have a great exercise called a tabletop tricep push-up.
Now, perfect you’re putting your hands in the perfect position.
Thumbs are touching each other. Palms up or palms are flat and what we’re going to do, is step back a little bit. Squeeze that buttisimo as tight as you can. Stomach tight, back flat, breathe normally and push down.
There you go. Bring it back up and lean right into that and it really isolates the triceps, the back of the arms.
The old rei-mens! Take it at your own pace. He’s into it. And if you really want to make a tough, back up a little bit further. Have fun with it!
“Like we always say, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit. That’s right! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
