Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here’s your fitness tip of the day.
Everybody talks about the Abba Dabbas. Everybody wants firm, toned sleek abs.
Well, we’ve got a beautiful exercise for you and Taylor is in a perfect position to show you how to do it!
Here’s how it works: feet flat on the ground shoulder width apart. You want to open legs up a little bit right now. We’re gonna not clasp our hands behind our heads, we’re just gonna rest our hands behind our head, and we’re gonna raise up from the shoulders. There you go! Breathe out on the way up.
Now, what we’re gonna try to do, if you can, keep your shoulders off the ground the whole time. Keep the back flat, back is flat. Look at the way the Abba Dabbas are engaged – perfect form!
That’s the way to do it! You have to smile!
Remember breathe out on the way up breathe out on the way up.
There you go – beautiful, nice and easy does it. Take it at your own pace.
This is a beautiful exercise. There’s no back involved at all, no strain, all working on the abs, no strain on your neck.
“Remember, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst you must not quit! Don’t quit Have a great day!”
