A fresh approach to understanding you and your goals
During your dental appointments at Brilliant Dentistry, you have our absolute undivided attention, a time to truly share what you want for yourself and your dental goals. That is a time for us to listen and together develop customized options to achieve your healthy smile, pain-free living, or restful night’s sleep.
We customize each treatment to fit your specific needs because no two patients are the same. We focus on finding the root cause of the problem and providing comprehensive solutions, so you don’t have to jump from dental office to dental office. Once you visit Brilliant Dentistry for your cosmetic, TMJ, sleep, or reconstructive treatments, you don’t have to visit another office. You’ll leave with a resolution to your dental or airway problems and a gorgeous smile. Your first appointment is so important because we take the time to truly listen and get a complete picture of your woes and goals.
Your First Visit
When you arrive, our New Patient Coordinator will sit down and privately talk with you in our consultation room. When you’re comfortable, we will ask questions to get a full understanding of your goals and desires so we can design a customized plan to help you. This conversation is essential for us to have with each new patient. Or even with an existing patient who has new goals or needed dental work. Our New Patient Coordinator is knowledgeable about all our dental treatments, so feel free to ask any questions you have. We do our best to provide you with a full look at your treatment plan, so there are no surprises down the line. We want you to fully understand your treatment path so you can feel secure and confident about our dental work.
If you’re going to trust anyone with the health, function, and beauty of your smile, jaws, and airway, trust Brilliant Dentistry.
After your visit with our New Patient Coordinator, you’ll meet Dr. Bril, and we’ll take a series of digital photographs of your mouth, along with a computerized analysis of your bite. We make this process as comfortable as possible with the use of advanced technology. Our processes are meant to be comprehensive, so we may check things, like your bite, that you may not think are an issue. Conditions like TMJ disorder present many symptoms that seem unrelated, and you may be surprised to find that even though you came in for a smile makeover, the function of your teeth and jaws improve after full treatment with us.
You, our New Patient Coordinator, and Dr. Bril will then review your photographs on a big-screen TV and have a further discussion.
After reviewing your new patient forms and examining your mouth, problems that present themselves will be given solutions based on your goals. Even though we may find more issues than what you originally came with, we’ll still listen to your goals and concerns and ultimately treat you based on those. We want you to know that even though we make recommendations, you are in the driver’s seat for your treatment.
Your consultation will be over an hour of our undivided attention, so you can expect to leave with a full understanding of the condition of your mouth and surrounding areas.
While we understand that many offices offer free consultations, the comprehensive nature of our consultations makes the nominal fee an exceptional value.
