We’re in the produce section, we’re shopping around, we have some cabbage and you want to do some hand-eye coordination.
I love hand-eye exercises – great for the mind, great for the body. Let’s show…Chris is gonna show how we do this one. It’s called the Cabbage Figure 8. This is a little pro-style now, but here’s the way we do it, grab a cabbage.
We’re gonna pass the cabbage through, making a figure eight and the way we’re doing this…take it nice and slow up front. This also works a little cardio as well.
We’re bending at the knees so we’re squatting, using that cabbage. And you know what? If people are looking at ya, here’s what you do? Smile! Tell ‘em jump in!
That’s the way we do it, nice and easy, take it at your own pace, back is flat, breathing normally.
