We’re going to use a broomstick, we’re going to use little isometric resistance with the broomstick. And here we go. Julie, feet are shoulder width apart, knees are bent slightly.
Oh man, I am so pumped up today, I can’t tell you. Here we go. Squeeze your hands, bring it up and bring it on down. Julie, there we go. I like the way we’re doing this exercise.
We’re not hyper-extended at the elbow as we’re coming down. Julia’s doing it beautifully! And bring it right back up. Now resist on the way down, like I’m pressing down and bring it up. Working the biceps, the forearms and you feel good, you feel confident.
We’re building confidence. That’s what we’re doing. Building biceps and building confidence, while we’re smiling.
