Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
You’re shopping, your thighs are tight, your shoulders are stressed out. I got the total body basket stretch just for you and Chanel is gonna show us how we do it.
So you’ve been shopping. The hamstrings are tight. Here’s a great way to loosen them up and relieve some stress.
Up there, squeezing onto your basket right, we’re just gonna roll the basket out forward, and bring it back in. We’re gonna breathe out on the way out.
Nice and easy does it, get a good stretch. Look what’s happening, Chanel’s knees are bent slightly and you’re gonna bring it right back in. Shoulders, lower back, hamstring. Release the stress and tension. Let’s let’s get a few reps in there.
Take it at your own pace, ease into it. And if people are watching you, you know what? You tell them “jump on in, the water’s warm!”
